Gender and Social Assessment for Social Program

Nortak Software Ltd.
ESSA conducted a social and gender assessment
in support of a feasibility study for the development of software
infrastructure in Cambodia for: 1) social program delivery; and
2) labour market services and human resources development. ESSA
identified and assessed both positive and negative social and gender
implications of the project, addressed the concerns of stakeholders,
and provided recommendations on how to integrate gender and social
considerations into the project.
