Surface Water Allocation in a Changing Climate: Data Gaps, Needs, and Priorities

The BC Ministry of Forests, Lands, and Natural Resource Operations recently released a report led by ESSA that helps identify and prioritize data and modelling needs to support water allocation decisions in a changing climate. The report and executive summary can be found here:
